Spent yesterday writing letters, some of which were to clearly crazy people and later on, writing a speech that was to be delivered today, but events intervened and now it will be delivered who knows when.

Again no time to get to the gym yesterday, but today I got plenty of exercise.  Two laps of Parliament after work which involved running up the hills at each of the four corner to the top.  Then off to the gym for some core work.  I discovered a new exercise that involves twisting at the waist whilst pulling weight across the body.  There may be soreness tomorrow.

TW: 2 laps of Parliament plus hills, 100 medicine ball crunch throws, 100 right twists, 100 left twists, 100 knee raises, 1 ab century.

Also I found out last night about a website called hundredpushups.com which as you might expect is a training program to get you into shape to be able to do 100 pushups in one go without rest.  I'm not sure how many I can do.  I'll probably give this a go.  Any other takers?
