I'm walking like a stroke victim

There will be another post including all the details and photos, but I finished my 12 hour run.  I was one of 6 to finish the whole 12 hours, and in the process I completed 85.02km.  (53 miles)

I am now a barely walking ball of soreness.

I'm really very proud of you - congratulations.

And it was lovely and peaceful out on the lake in the middle of the night; I could easily have stayed til the finish if I hadn't had something that required a few hours of sleep prior.

I kind of thought that once people got there they would wind up wanting to stay a bit. CG stayed an extra hour until the finish.
