I think 85K is pretty nice for a first-timer (especially for a bulkier guy, pardon me) I expected you to do around 80K if nothing goes terribly wrong:) Good to hear you didn't get injured and got to enjoy it all! If there's no big damage, the muscle soreness goes away in a few days. Make sure you rest and fuel enough, but also do some light jogging to get the blood flowing, it helps with recovery.
