For the most part there is no equipment needed. Maybe you can get started on something like this. You can scale things up as you improve.

Maybe try starting at 10 pushups/dips/burpees/squats and dropping 1 every set until you are down to 1. You can do that with a series of exercises and go from one to the other doing 10 of each then 9 of each then 8 of each and so on.
