It seems I've been tasked with responding to a large and growing pile of letters and e-mails, some of which have been written by real live crazy people complaining about things that have nothing to do with us. Luckily I've become adept at coming up with responses that are pleasantly non-commital.
One of the nice things about working in Parliament is that we get interesting visitors bringing interesting things.
