Feb. 1st, 2010 10:52 pmBack at work. It's a bit of a change but I did feel like I had a productive day, and I think I may have an organised and productive week. Even if I don't stay in this job forever I want to have a sense of purpose whilst I'm here. If I'm occupied with something that is of interest to me I have less time to be all angsty.
TW: A good crossfit workout.
10 minutes of handstand pushups - 227 (my first time doing these. They are tricky. I struggled with the practicalities of getting vertical and wound up getting to about 60 degrees
5 minutes of squats - 213 (non stop)
2 minutes of pullups - 39 (ohhhh but I nearly got that 40th)
1 minute of pushups - 61 (one brief rest after 42)
Total - 540 in 18 minutes. One every two seconds.
