I'm off to Sydney for the first time in a while in the morning.
My tickets to America are booked. I'll fly into San Fran and we will make our way across to Washington with a stop in either Florida or Ohio. After the official part of my trip I'll also be going to New York and then on to Calgary to visit the family before heading back. I'll be able to add a bunch of new places to the list of places I've been.
I had a couple of good days of workouts.
YW: Crossfit inspired - 10 minutes on the stair machine (93 floors, though I think that's a bit generous) and when enough space had cleared... 1 minute max bicep curls, 1 minute rest, 1 minute max clean and press, 1 minute rest - 7 rounds. Total - 270 bicep curls, 160 clean and press.
TW: 100 floor wipers, 50 medicine ball crunch throws, 50 squats (getting better with form with the bar), 100 chest contractions, 50 dips.
Tonight Helga and I wound up watching Breakfast at Tiffany's. I managed to get a bit teary in the final scene.
