Luckycanuck is very busy and important
Mar. 31st, 2011 08:17 amI'm currently in Brisbane Airport waiting for my flight to America. I am also on the phone with our receptionist who is sending me a copy of my CV so I can send it in to the new NSW Government to see if they are interested in hiring me back in Sydney.
I have also got information coming in from the ACT Rural Volunteer Fire Brigade which I intend on joining to see if a life in the fire industry is something I would like. It would be good to get some hands on experience before rushing in to something like this. Somehow I think that running into a burning building or spending 16 hours fighting a bushfire would be no problem for me, but some of the petty minor things might trip me up.
It's just 8am in Brisbane and look how much I've got done!
Of course I only got about 2.5 hours sleep last night so I will feel a lot of fatigue on the next leg.
