No time for a workout

luckycanuckToday's schedule won't allow me to have my usual workout. Grrrrr.
I did turn up early for touch rugby though, and promptly dropped the ball on my first two touches. But just as the jokes were starting, I caught I high ball off the kickoff and ran it the length of the field for a try, stepping between three players none of whom got a hand on me. I'd wager I had an utterly stunned look on my face having inexplicably gotten through.
A friend from from university Canada whom I hadn't seen for many years was in Canberra today so I showed her around Parliament, and arranged for her inner political nerd to attend Question Time. She only lasted about 30 minutes.
And then I was called into a series of meetings unexpectedly which has thrown the evening into disarray. No gym today, but I hope to make it tomorrow. Maybe I'll do some core work on the bedroom floor when I get home.

Today I was reminded of 90s songs done in a 50s style when I was sent this.
