It will probably be ok. There's a whole cottage industry around guessing when the election will be. People used ot think it might be before the next budget, like in March, but they may hold off if they think it will benefit them. A mid winter election would be a pain vis a vis Bingham. Are they keen to have an election on a Saturday during footy season?(Think of Victoria.) And then a full term election is still entirely possible.
