I'm never going to be an extravagant spender.  I've learned from the example set by my family too well for that.  But I am getting better all the time at allowing myself to spend what I've earned on things I enjoy.

TW - Lunchtime - Legs - Leg Presses, Quad Extensions (though I read they can be dangerous), Hamstring Curls, Leg Openers, Leg Closers, Calves - 600 Reps all told.

TW - After Work - 35 minutes on the stair climbing machine.  242 stories and around 650 calories burned.
