Made it to the end of the week

Things are much less weird now.  I've started the job search by contacting a friend in Canadian politics.  I've also made another appointment at the work therapy place for the end of next week (and I'll be seeing a woman this time.)

In unrelated news, I will also be getting a new suit.  This time I reckon I will get a waistcoat to go with it.

I'm off to Sydney shortly, though it will likely be a flying visit with me returning tomorrow.  The Convicts have a game and I think I should be good to play.  My ankle is feeling much better, though not 100% so I may end up starting on the bench.  There may even be two games I play in depending on timing and traffic.  I still want to get to 100 games with the club eventually.

Also, it was only a matter of time before joke articles like this surfaced.  (Please note, I am not saying Osama bin Laden is one of the good guys or that the mission to kill him was unjustified.  I just found it kind of amusing.)  Some of the comments are really quite good too!

I didn't quite play long enough to get dirty. I will be back to full dirtying in a couple weeks after my ankle is all good to go and I'm back in Sydney again.
