Gym stereotypes are fun...

I came across this in the gymrats community.

I know not everyone is into my interests with the same intensity as I am, and I hope I'm not like this guy.  Apologies if I've bored anyone with my recent interest in Crossfit.  I know some people get way too into it and maybe lost the ability to think for themselves.

I'm of to Sydney shortly for a fundraiser with the Convicts tomorrow evening (Rugger Bugger's tenth incarnation should be a good one.  Funny how most strip shows I've been to in my life have involved my rugby team.)

Then on Sunday it's Mardi Gras Fair Day.  Anyone who is going to be in Sydney on Sunday should feel welcome to come down and say hello.  I'll be there from about noon.  We have a title to defend.  Last year I was part of the Sydney Convicts team that won the tug of war against all the other gay sports teams in Sydney.  I hope I've trained myself up for a repeat performance.

There has been far too much doing other people's work this week.  This weekend I will write no policies, nor will I reply to correspondence (letters came in today on subjects ranging from Islam to television to sharks to lightbulbs.)

Oh yes, and I had to spend over $300 before leaving the house this morning.  My car wouldn't start, so I had to ring the NRMA to come and help me out.  First I had to renew my membership, and then I wound up having to buy a new battery for $176.  I don't know what batteries cost, but the price of not having to spend all day organising and installing a new battery so I can have a car that runs is one I'm willing to pay.

Of course my radio has reset, so I will have to entertain myself on the drive to Sydney.  Any suggestions on what I should sing to myself to pass the time?
